Kristin Ciarmella was a consummate professional who expertly guided us through the rough process of downsizing. She supported us in prepping our home for sale, found a top-notch support team (design experts for staging, repair people, thru title and mortgage services). Kristin’s due diligence resulted in almost immediate sale at top of our asking price- and our finding a fabulous new home. Her daily communications and responsiveness made us feel we were her exclusive client (although we knew that wasn’t really the case!) Kristin truly cared about us during this emotional journey, and assured us we would end up in the right ‘next home’– and she was right!
